The window will have closed and a new mod will appear in the mod list named SKSE64 or whatever you named the archive, now activate it, and your done.

After you have extracted everything but the data folder extract the data folder from the archive to your desktop. The vid describes the process as such, in greater detail than I will so I still think you should give it a watch, first download the zip file, use a program like winzip or 7zip to open the archive, then you are going to extract everything BUT the data folder to the game's directory by just dragging and dropping, that's the location with the data file and the executable to launch the game.
